There is definitely something wrong and you should make sure your drivers are for the correct operating system and are the latest drivers. I would imagine your Graphics drivers didn't install correctly. Either graphics, or RAM or something is slow. Does it not show you which component it is? You should get a 1 score for one of your components. So clearly one of your sub-components is incorrectly installed. The performance index takes the lowest score from all major sub-components.
